The First Time I Tried This

So tensions were high because the group had to submit a Research Thesis we have been working the whole Semester. To unwind a little, we had a small potluck and I used this opportunity to test the 'Keong Choong Chow Ngau' and it turned out a little off taste but still edible. I think it's the Soy sauce. I even switched the oil for the marination with sesame seed oil. To prove, here's a pic of the thing I cooked! (it's behind the sushi)
